THANK you for visiting the Mail Slimmers website. The Mail launched the website, which allows men and women to lose weight from the comfort of their own home, on January 1.
Since then hundreds of readers have signed up to one of five lifestyle plans and are now enjoying healthier lifestyles. Registrations have now closed but the site and all its benefits is available to all members until midnight on Sunday, May 10.
That means you will still be able to access all the seven-day food plans, ask the expert, watch exercise videos and chat on the popular forum. The website will be updated with new recipes and videos.  
Good luck with your diets and please don't forget to keep fellow slimmers updated on your progress by taking part in the Mail Slimmers forum.
